You stand on a platform, surrounded by the 23 other wizard Tributes -- your friends and family among them. Your twin, George, is next to you and your sister, Ginny, is just a few paces over. And there, across the way, is your youngest brother, Ron--sandwiched between Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, and looking as uncomfortable as ever. You recognize a few less friendly faces, as well--namely that prat, Draco Malfoy, and his Slytherin goons. No doubt they’ll form an alliance and aim to wipe out every other Tribute, starting with the Muggle-borns.

In the center of all 24 Tributes lies the Cornucopia. It’s overflowing with gear. You spot the glimmer of two dozen wands, a few broomsticks (is that a Firebolt?), and other assorted goods. A copy of Hogwarts, A History seems like a complete waste, as do the bottles of magical plants. But there are cartons of goodies from Zonko’s Joke Shop and Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes that you find particularly attractive, and a flutter of blank parchment that looks vaguely familiar. Could a tap of your wand make that parchment into a Marauder’s Map of the Arena?

You know running for any of the supplies in the Cornucopia is a risk. Running away is a much surer way of surviving this initial melee. But those Zonko’s & Weasley’s goodies could come in really handy to a career prankster like yourself, and it would be nice to have a wand. And if that parchment really is a Marauder’s Map, it could be crucial.

Still, you see the gleam in Malfoy’s eye across the way and know he’d just love to take out one of the Weasleys. Then again, your twin George is next to you--and though you haven’t been able to speak ahead of time, there’s a chance he may have your back.

Should you:
A.) Risk the Cornucopia and run for supplies
B.) Run away
